Koyal Raheja is a visual artist from Bangalore, India. Her work ranges from drawing, painting, textile sculpture and installation. She brings together these elements to create co-ordinate themed spaces. Her work responds to historical records- autobiographical narratives and public history.
Her drawings are often related to her spaces that she refers to as reflection drawings- where elements of the space are reflected by the bodies that have inhabited it. She has a deep fascination with sound and frequently collaborates with sound artists and musicians for her spatial installations.

A series of portraits of women representing the no collar workforce. A fragment of a larger series of work that explores the position of docile and powerful bodies in a production unit, with an intention of destabilizing power.
